I need to add my landlord as an additional insured. Can a BOP do that?
Yes — additional insured endorsements are standard on the GL portion of a BOP. Send us the lease language and we'll issue the endorsement. Most carriers do this same-day at no charge or a small fee. Make sure the form number on the endorsement matches what the lease requires (CG 20 11, CG 20 26, CG 20 37 etc. — they have different scopes).
