Should I offer dental and vision insurance?

Both are nearly universal expectations in U.S. employment benefit packages, and they're inexpensive enough that not offering them stands out as a recruiting weakness rather than meaningful cost savings. Typical premium per employee per month: dental $25–$50, vision $5–$15. Most employers offer voluntary (employee-paid) or contributory (employer pays partial) plans; fully employer-paid dental/vision is less common at smaller employers but essentially universal at larger firms.
