How is EPLI different from workers' comp / employer's liability?

Different exposures, different claims. Workers' comp covers physical injuries to employees on the job. Employer's liability (typically bundled with WC) covers the narrow set of employee suits that survive WC's exclusive-remedy rule (third-party-over actions, dual-capacity claims, intentional torts). EPLI covers non-injury employment claims — discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation. A single employee can have separate claims under all three. They don't overlap, and EPLI carriers generally exclude bodily injury claims that should sit on WC.
